The staff demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness, always ready to assist with any needs. Bar service around the pool area was excellent. The towel service provided extra comfort, with staff putting down towels and offering mattresses. The availability of regularly cleaned toilets across all three hotels ensured convenience.

The food selection included both international and Italian cuisines, offering very tasty options. The Soprano buffet near the pool proved to be a particularly convenient and enjoyable dining location for our family. It was close to the white bar.

Our room included fresh towels, toiletries, a fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer, offering all necessary amenities. I requested a quiet block via email in advance, and my request was accommodated. I received prompt replies to all my inquiries.

Guests have access to facilities at all three hotels, with a wide array of activities, including a gym. Also available are a running track, an eight-lane swimming pool, paddle and tennis courts, and cycle rentals. There were many options to explore.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

The bars offered enough variety, and the restaurants were good. I found the beach close to the hotel convenient. The room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated.
The internet coverage in the room was slightly spotty.

The buffet restaurants provided freshly cooked meat, including beef, prawn, chicken, fish, turkey, and duck. (I was impressed by this.) There were different shows every night, and the animation team ensured everyone had fun with activities like volleyball and darts.

The hotel has numerous very clean pools, and they clean them every evening. Some pools are heated, nice. Lifeguards are present from 10 am to 5 pm, providing good supervision for families.

I received great service from the reception staff. They fulfilled all needs. The reception staff were helpful even with lunchboxes requested after 10 pm the previous day, which I really appreciated.
